Pack for the pet you know

Think about the things your dog or cat uses every day. Tell us about their bed, their favourite resting place and any familiar items you would like them to bring. We can talk through what will be useful for their stay before you fill the bag.

Keep meals familiar

Gather their usual food and write down how much they eat and when. Label separate portions or containers in a way that makes sense for your pet. If you have more than one companion, keep each pet’s food and instructions clearly identified.

Leave room for the useful notes

Bring the current care notes and the contact details we have discussed. Include any changes since you first spoke with us. Before you set off, check your arrival time and ask us about anything you are unsure about.

Your next conversation

Tell us about your pet’s routine, share the dates you have in mind and ask us anything about preparing for a stay. We’ll talk through the details together.

A few things to gather
